Resistance value: 

Gold=±5%, Silver=±10%.

Take the CF Series 4-band resistors in the figure below as an example:

• 1st digit: Yellow=4

• 2nd digit: Red=2

• Multiplier: 2×100

• Tolerance: ±5%

So, the resistance value of this resistor is 4K2 Ω.
