WEET What Are The Rated Voltages Of X2 Safety Capacitors?
275V is the minimum requirement.
Some very old X2 safety capacitor brands still have a certified rated voltage of 275V, which is the lowest requirement among X2 safety capacitors and cannot be any lower.
275V/305V/310V.
Nowadays, the certification voltage for the vast majority of X2 safety capacitors has been changed to 275V/305V/310V, which is at a moderate level and the most common certification voltage on the market.
310V/350V/380V.
The rated voltage of high-quality X2 capacitors with better quality has become very high, reaching 310V/350V/380V.
We all know that the higher the rated voltage, the more sufficient the withstand voltage margin of the capacitor. In actual use, its lifespan is significantly longer and its stability is better. Currently, there are very few manufacturers in the industry that can achieve such a high certification voltage, and WEET Electronics can currently achieve it.
WEET’S Suggestion:
The certification voltage of 275V is already extremely low, and with the advancement of technology, it is difficult to meet modern needs. We recommend choosing Condensator MKP X2 0.1uf 310 volt pitch 10mm with a minimum voltage of 310V. If you want to increase the voltage tolerance of capacitors and prolong their lifespan, you can choose higher quality X2 safety capacitors with 350V or 380V.
