How much capacitance is the best for midrange speakers

——The selection of capacitor has a great influence on the sound playing of the midrange loudspeaker. It is not suitable to be too large or too small.

——In general, the capacitance of about 10 μFcan be selected according to the law.

There are two choices of capacitors for midrange speakers:

1. Nonpolar capacitor with 4.7uF

2 connect two 10uF capacitor positive electrodes in series

If the mid tone loudness is low, increasing the capacitor's capacitance will only change the frequency division point, but not the loudness. In addition, blindly increasing the capacitance will increase the current of the midrange speaker (medium and low frequency current), which may burn out the midrange speaker when rated output!
