The detection of the quality of CBB61 capacitor mainly relies on three core methods: visual inspection, capacity testing, and withstand voltage testing. The measurement of capacity and withstand voltage is a key indicator for judging its performance.
1. Visual inspection.
Appearance inspection: Observe for bulges, cracks, broken pins, and clear markings.
2. Capacity detection.
Using LCR bridge or digital multimeter:
Select capacitance measurement mode (the range should cover the nominal value of CBB61)
