Cement ceramic resistor is a resistor sealed with refractory mud (commonly known as cement, actually not cement).
The outer side of the cement resistance is mainly made of ceramic materials (generally divided into high alumina porcelain and feldspar porcelain).

1. Metal Film Resistor
It has the characteristics of low noise, high temperature resistance, small size, high stability and precision.

2. Carbon Film Resistor

3. Carbon Composition Resistor

MMKP82 capacitor is a kind of CBB capacitor, so its main material is also metallized polypropylene film. MMKP82 capacitor uses polypropylene film as the medium,
high-temperature resistant double-sided metallized polypropylene film with excellent self-healing characteristics as the electrode,
and the two ends are sprayed with gold to form a non inductive structure.
It is led out in one direction, and the lead out is made of tinned copper wire (Cu wire) and encapsulated with flame-retardant epoxy resin.
2. Why are MMKP82 capacitors so rare?
Generally, we use CBB81 capacitors in resonant circuits.
However, the biggest inconvenience of this type of capacitor is that it is too large, and it will take up a lot of space to install on the circuit.
Moreover, it is also a powder coated capacitor. Its high temperature resistance and high humidity performance are not good. This problem can be solved by using MMKP82 capacitors.
3. Why is it so difficult to produce MMKP82 capacitors?
The double-sided metallized polypropylene film is not easy to produce, and the manufacture of this capacitor also requires customized special winding machine equipment, which is expensive;
In addition, during the manufacturing process, the operating skills of operators are very strict, the operation efficiency is low, and the overall cost is high.
Therefore, at present, there are not many manufacturers that can produce double-sided metallized polypropylene film capacitors with plastic shells.
However, at present, there are some powerful manufacturers in China that can produce such capacitors, and their performance is much better than CBB81 capacitors.
4. What is the function and application of MMKP82 capacitor?
MMKP82 capacitor has the same function as CBB81 capacitor. At present, it is mainly used in high voltage, high frequency and pulse circuits.
For example, the performance of electric vehicle charging pile power control board, high-power LED driving power supply, mining machine power supply, ultrasonic power supply and other circuits is better than that of CBB81 capacitor.
